Tiffany leads Wisconsin governor’s race fundraising with $2 million

Republican congressman outpaces crowded Democratic field in first campaign finance reports

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Republican Congressman Tom Tiffany raised $2 million in the first campaign finance reporting period for Wisconsin’s 2026 governor’s race, outpacing all other candidates in both parties.

Tiffany’s primary opponent Josh Shoemann raised about $500,000 during the same reporting period.

On the Democratic side, Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley led fundraising with $800,000 raised, followed by Lieutenant Governor Sara Rodriguez with $650,000 and former State Secretary of Administration Joel Brennan with around $560,000.

Former Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes, who entered the race last month, raised slightly less than Brennan.
