Rep. Tiffany Takes Bipartisan Action To Address USPS Delivery Issues

WASHINGTON, DC This week, Congressman Tom Tiffany (WI-07) joined a bipartisan letter alongside 19 Members of Congress urging Postmaster General Louis DeJoy to immediately address the costly and burdensome delays in United States Postal Service (USPS) mail to rural communities nationwide.

This letter comes after the USPS announced on August 22, 2024, that they will be adjusting mail delivery times, resulting in added delays for Americans in rural communities that are more than 50 miles from a USPS processing center – many of whom are already experiencing delays. In the letter, the bipartisan group of members asks the Postmaster General to reconsider going forward with this plan.
